People may question-why is Gary Player such a champion-well let me tell you my Gary Player story-At the senior event in Nashville, I gave everyone my book, Mentalrules for golf, and I signed it and placed it into their locker.(My friend was running the tournament so he did me a favor). Out of the whole field, the only person to call me and thank me was Gary Player. That showed me he was a champion because he appreciated the little things in life, and his thank you showed me what true champions do- The golfing world will miss Gary Player, and I am glad and blessed to have been allowed to meet him
