As any motivational expert will tell you, making resolutions is easy, keeping them is another story. How do you keep your resolutions? I suggest two ways: 1) Tell two people your resolutions and ask them to ask you every month whether or not you are keeping them.
2) if you are not keeping them when they ask, you have to pay each $20. This is a simple but very effective approach to staying committed.
